Why Is Logging In to New PLK So Easy and Secure?

Logging in to many online platforms can feel like sitting an exam — endless CAPTCHAs, redirects to unfamiliar links, and sluggish pages. New PLK is a different experience. Just enter your mobile number and password, and you'll reach your dashboard in seconds.

Forgotten your password? No problem — you can log in with an OTP instead. A code will be sent to the mobile number you registered with, and entering it will get you straight in.

What You Need to Know About Security

Every login session at New PLK is encrypted with 256-bit SSL. This means your mobile number and password are encrypted before they ever reach the internet — no one can intercept them in transit.

New PLK automatically sends an alert whenever your account is accessed from a new device or a different city. You don't need to do anything — the system keeps you protected.

Forgot your password?

Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter your mobile number, receive an OTP, set a new password — that's all there is to it. No complicated verification like email or bank card required.

Tip: Enabling "Remember Me" means you won't need to enter your password every time on a trusted device. However, it's best to leave this off on shared devices.

FAQ

Important Questions About Your Account & Rewards

The time it takes for winnings to reach your New PLK wallet depends on the game type and withdrawal method.

Credited to Your Wallet After a Win: For Live Casino, slots, and most instant games, your balance updates immediately after a win — usually within seconds. For Sports Betting, winnings are credited once the match result is confirmed.

Withdraw real money from your wallet:
• bKash, Nagad, Upay, Rocket: Typically 5–30 minutes. In most cases, under 10 minutes.
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days.

When delays may occur: Large withdrawal amounts may require KYC verification. Some mobile banking services experience slower transactions between midnight and 6 AM. If you notice any unusual delays, share your transaction ID in Live Chat for a quick resolution.

New PLK gives you full flexibility to suspend or permanently close your account — it's part of our responsible gaming policy.

Temporary Break (Cooling-Off): Log in and go to the "Responsible Gaming" section in your account settings. You can set a cooling-off period from 1 day up to 6 weeks, during which login will be disabled.

Long-Term Self-Exclusion: To deactivate your account for 6 months or longer, contact support. This takes effect immediately.

Permanent Account Closure: Email [email protected] or let us know via Live Chat. Please withdraw or clear your balance before closing your account.
