New PLK Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

Welcome to New PLK. These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you and New PLK governing your use of the platform. By continuing to use the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

To register an account and use our services on New PLK, you must:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must register using your own identity — opening an account on someone else's behalf is not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any country or jurisdiction where online gaming is fully prohibited.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.

When registering with New PLK, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information. Accounts created with false details may be suspended at any time and any balance may be forfeited.

• Single Account Policy: Only one account is permitted per person, household, or device. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed.
• KYC Verification: For security purposes, New PLK may request identity verification documents — such as a NID, passport, or other official ID — at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
• Password Security: Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.
• Last Updated: If your phone number or email address changes, please update your account as soon as possible.

New PLK currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The following rules apply to all deposits:

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted and will be refunded or voided.

The following conditions must be met to withdraw funds from New PLK:

• Your account's KYC verification must be completed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — withdrawals to a different method are generally not permitted.
• Withdrawals are not permitted while an active bonus has unmet rollover requirements.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Daily withdrawal limit: ৳1,00,000. Higher limits apply for VIP members.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. If suspicious activity is detected or further verification is required, processing may take up to 24–72 hours, during which you may be asked to submit additional verification documents.

New PLK offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers, each with its own specific terms. The following general rules apply across all offers:

• Rollover (Wagering) Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be made. Failure to meet this requirement will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Duration: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• One bonus at a time: Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent means will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.

All games on New PLK are RNG (Random Number Generator) certified to international standards. Game outcomes are never subject to manual interference.

• In live games, the dealer's decision is final.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, all wagers will be refunded.
• In the event of a disconnection, the outcome of the game will be determined by the server logs.
• Any disputes regarding a game outcome must be reported to support within 72 hours.
• Bets cannot be changed or cancelled once a game is in progress.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the New PLK platform. Violations will result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary:

New PLK reserves the right to suspend or close any account for any reason, particularly when:

• A proven breach of the Terms & Conditions is established.
• The information provided is false or misleading.
• Suspicious financial transactions or fraudulent activity is detected.
• Upon instruction from a court or regulatory authority.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw any remaining balance (where no restrictions apply) before proceeding with the closure.

New PLK is not liable for the following:

• Game or transaction disruptions caused by internet connectivity issues.
• Losses caused by third-party payment provider downtime or processing delays.
• If your account is compromised due to your own negligence (e.g., using a weak password).
• If anyone other than an authorised person accesses your account.

New PLK reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform following any update will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

If a dispute arises, please contact our support team first to seek a resolution. If the matter remains unresolved, you may escalate it to New PLK's licensing authority. The laws of New PLK's licensing jurisdiction apply to all disputes.
